[摘　要]　基于可持续发展理念，提出市政基础设施低碳化的概念，分析市政基础设施低碳化的必要性，对市政基础设施低碳化发展目标和参与主体进行深入的剖析，最后构建适合我国国情和城市特点的市政基础设施低碳化发展路径。

Abstract: The conception of low-carbon in municipal infrastructure is put forward based on the principal of sustainable development, and the necessity of realizing low-carbon in municipal infrastructure is demonstrated, the development targets and participants are analyzed. At last, the development path of low-carbon in municipal infrastructure which is suitable for China is constructed.
