[摘　要]　通过分析绿色建筑全寿命周期成本管理绩效的特点，分别探讨提高绿色建筑全寿命周期成本管理的结果绩效和行为绩效的方法，以实现绿色建筑全寿命周期成本管理绩效的提高。

Abstract: By analyzing the characteristics of the life cycle cost management performance of green building，the paper discusses the methods of improving life cycle cost management's result performance and behavior performance respectively to improve the life cycle cost management performance of green building.
