[摘　要]　从梳理建设工程合同计价形态的一般演化路径入手，对建设工程合同计价形态选择的内在机理进行剖析。分析结论表明：随着工程采购模式由平行承发包向总承包发展，工程合同的计价形态沿着“传统总价合同”、“典型单价合同”、“新型总价合同”这个路径逐步演化；这种计价形态的演化反映出工程合同计价形态选择主要取决于细化设计权的配置。

Abstract: Starting from clarifying the evolution path of contract valuation form, this paper gives an analysis on mechanism of contract valuation form selection. The conclusions are as follows:with the procurement model trending from parallel contracting to general contracting, contract valuation form evolves gradually along the path as traditional lump sum contract, typical unit price contract, modern lump sum contract; the evolution can reflect that contract valuation form selection depends mainly on configuration of detail design right.
