[摘　要]　基础设施建设与房地产业的迅速发展，推动了建筑设计行业的发展，随着建筑设计任务的增多，建筑设计企业合同管理中出现的问题也日渐增多。分析了建筑设计企业合同管理中存在的问题，并就此提出相应的对策和建议。

Abstract: Infrastructure construction and rapid development of real estate industry brings the rapid development of architectural design industry. With the increasing tasks of architectural design, many problems have emerged in the contract management process. This paper analyzes the problems in architectural design contract management and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
