[摘　要]　介绍我国现行工程质量保修制度及其存在的问题，并概述美国的工程质量担保和法国的保险制度及其优势，通过对比提出建立我国工程的维修担保制度，同时提出维修担保和质量责任担保的实施模式。

Abstract: This paper introduces the quality maintenance system of construction projects in China and analyzes the existing defects. Besides, it also generalizes the maintenance bond in American and the insurance system in France of construction project. By analyzing their advantages, the paper suggests establishing the maintenance bond system in our country, coming up with the maintenance bond model and the quality responsibility bond model.
