[摘　要]　通过对《公共建筑节能改造技术规范》中经济评价指标的解读，对比国外同类型标准，对该规范的经济指标，特别是静态投资回收期指标作出修正建议，并举例说明。

Abstract: The paper provides the author's understanding of the economic indexes in the Technical Code of the Retrofitting of Public Building on Energy Efficiency, and compares them with some foreign similarity indexes, then proposes the recommendations of modifying the economic indexes especially the static investment payback period indexes of the code, and illustrates with a case.
