[摘　要]　研究了能适应“四节一环保”要求的工业化施工模式。结合2010年上海世博会沪上·生态家项目，介绍了工业化施工的现状、核心理念、实现路径和意义。

Abstract: Industrial construction can meet the requirements of energy saving, land saving, water saving, material saving and environment protection. The paper takes Shanghai Expo Eco-House as an example to study the status，key-ideas, the implementation paths and significance of  industrial construction.
