[摘　要]　对合同能源管理的实施过程进行划分，运用对策论分析节能服务公司运行期变化对双方利益的影响，最后建立节能服务公司运行期决策模型。

Abstract: The peper divides whole process of energy performance contracting（EPC） into three stages，then，based on the Game Theory, analyzes the impact of ESCO operation period changing on both ESCO and its client. Finally, the decision-making model of the ESCO operation period is established.
