[摘　要]　廉租住房是政府用于解决低收入人群住房问题的主要方式，同时也是政府财政的一大支出方面，诸多地区也正由于政府投入不足导致廉租住房建设出现问题。通过分析各地区2009年廉租住房建设资金需求和供给情况，指出各地区的廉租住房建设需符合各地区实际情况，最后针对各地区实际情况提出一些廉租住房建设的建议。

Abstract: Low-rent housing is the main method to solve the low-income people's lodging problem for government, it is also a major expenditure of public finances. Because of insufficient invested capital, many areas emerge problems on low-rent housing construction. Analyzes the demand and supply of low-rent housing construction in various regions in 2009, points out the construction of low-rent housing must correspond with the reality. At last, proposes some advices about low-rent housing construction in connection with the reality of areas.
