[摘　要]　针对建筑合同的特点，通过对技术标准的一致性、明确性，特殊项目的检测费用，施工范围的划分，不可抗力等问题的研究，分析其对造价的影响，提出相应的处理原则。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of construction contract, the paper analyzes the affection to construction cost by consistency and clarity of technology standard, testing cost of special items, division of construction scope, force majeure and other important problems. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures.
