[摘　要]　基于上海世博会工程建设管理实践，分析工程建设中采用的VIK材料设备采购和定价方法，从VIK供应商、世博局、委托采购方三方面分析招标定价法的缺点，探索VIK材料设备采购步骤，以及VIK材料设备采购的管理流程。

Abstract: Based on the practice in the management of construction in Shanghai World Expo, analyses the procurement and pricing of VIK material and equipment in construction. The disadvantages of tender-based pricing for VIK are analyzed from VIK suppliers, the Expo Bureau and purchasers. The procedure of procurement for VIK material and equipment is concluded, and a case of procurement for steels is referred.
