[摘　要]　通过火车客运站工程实践的总结，讨论建设过程招标、设计、施工和监理等主要环节的控制，对实现优质工程的目标所采取的措施进行简要介绍。

Abstract: In order to realize the target of high quality project. the paper discusses the control measures of main steps such as bidding, design, construction and supervision in the whole process, by summarizing construction practice of train terminalin order to realize the target of high quality project.
