[摘　要]　将质量功能展开（QFD）方法运用于变电站工程全寿命周期设计质量管理中，充分发挥其以用户需求为中心的优势，分析变电站工程全寿命周期设计质量内涵与需求；建立变电站工程全寿命周期设计质量屋；编制变电站全寿命周期设计导则。通过实际工程设计应用，验证QFD方法的可行性与优越性，有助于将变电站工程全寿命周期设计质量需求体现在设计方案中，实现全寿命周期设计质量。

Abstract: With application of Quality Function Deployment（QFD）method which can fully focus the user's requirement, the connotation and requirement of substation life cycle design quality are investigated and analyzed. Subsequently, the House of Quality in substation life cycle design is established to help designer to work out the main point and key measures in life cycle design. On this basis, the guide of substation life cycle design is compiled, which is used in a substation project life cycle design in practice. It is concluded that, the QFD method is feasible and superior in implementation of life cycle design quality management.
