[摘　要]　基于目前通州建筑业的产业现状，分析了其在发展中的制约因素，从可持续发展角度，围绕深化建筑业改革，提出增强六大支撑力，实现建筑业更好更快发展。

Abstract: Based on the current status of construction industry in Tongzhou, the paper analyzes its disadvantages in the development. From the perspective of sustainable development, it focuses on deepening the reform of the construction industry, and raises the six supporting abilities to achieve better and faster development of the construction industry.
