[摘　要]　低碳经济既给房地产企业提出了挑战，也为其发展到更高阶段提供了机遇。分析房地产企业在低碳经济中的博弈和其所面临的困境，并在此基础上提出解决对策。

Abstract: Low-carbon economy is not only the challenge of real estate enterprises, but also an opportunity for them to reach a higher development stage. This paper analyzes the game among real estate enterprises in the low-carbon economy, and analyzes difficulties the real estate enterprises are facing, on this basis, it suggests  solution approaches.
