[摘　要]　在对国内外地铁工程建设管理模式深入研究的基础上，对我国地铁现有的建设管理模式进行了归纳总结，从业主方投资建设管理的角度，将我国现有的地铁工程建设管理模式主要分为四类，并对各种模式进行了深入分析，分析了我国地铁工程建设管理模式变迁及其原因，提出了我国地铁工程建设管理模式选择建议。

Abstract: Based on the study of metro construction management mode at home and abroad, the paper summarizes the existing metro engineering construction management modes in China. From the viewpoint of owner investment and construction management, it divides them into four categories, and analyzes each category. Then it analyzes the changes and reasons of metro engineering construction management modes, and puts forward options of metro engineering construction management mode.
