[摘　要]　随着2008版工程量清单计价规范的实施，工程招标控制价和工程量清单的编制质量直接影响招投标的成败及工程造价的合理控制。从实践的角度就提高招标控制价和工程量清单编制质量的方法作简要分析，借此总结经验，供同业参考。

Abstract: With the implementation of Code of Valuation with Bill of Quantity of Construction Works 2008, engineering tender control price and bill of quantities directly affect the success of bidding and the rational control of cost. The paper briefly analyses how to improve the quality of tender control price and bill of quantities based on practice, to provide reference for fraternity.
