[摘　要]　医院建筑是民用建筑中最为复杂的建筑类型之一，与其它建筑相比，涉及面广、工种繁多，其工程造价既具有工程造价的共性，也有着特殊性。如何在初步设计阶段控制好医院建筑工程造价，显得十分重要。

Abstract: The hospital building is one of the most complex building types with multisectoral participants, multi-disciplinary, and particularity of its project cost. It is very important to control the project cost in the preliminary design stage.
