[摘　要]　我国城镇住房保障制度建立以来对解决低收入家庭住房困难发挥了积极作用，但当前住房保障制度仍存在诸多问题，导致许多没有住房支付能力的家庭仍存在不同程度的住房困难，本文对其进行深入探讨并提出相关建议。

Abstract: China urban housing security system has played an active role in solving low-income families' housing difficulties since its establishment, however， there are still many problems in today's housing security system. So many families without housing affordability still have housing difficulties with various degrees. This paper studies on these problems and gives related proposals.
