[摘　要]　当前，我国建筑业面临众多问题和挑战，国际建筑与建设研究创新理事会（CIB）针对推动建筑业发展所提出的“建造再评价”研究主题值得学习和借鉴。从建造再评价的背景、定义、利益相关者及研究框架四个部分对建造再评价主题进行分析。在此基础上，结合我国建筑业现状，对我国建筑业的发展提出建议。

Abstract: Nowadays, numerous problems and challenges exist in construction industry both in China and other countries. Revaluing construction, the research theme proposed by CIB （International Council for Research and Innovation in Building and Construction） aims to find ways to move the construction industry forward, which is worth learning. This paper analyzes the topic of revaluing construction from four parts, including the background, the definition, the stakeholders and research framework. Based on these, according to the current situation of building industry in our country, the strategies for the development are put forward.
