[摘　要]　从校园规划与建设两个层面探讨大学校园低碳发展思路的具体实践。在校园规划层面，从用地布局与设施规划、交通规划两个方面探讨低碳建设解决路径；在建设层面，以绿色建筑作为切入点，研究了美国大学全过程建设标准制订方法，提出公众参与维护绿色建筑可持续发展的路径。

Abstract: Discusses the campus low carbon development from campus planning and construction perspectives. Given campus planning, efficient land use and transportation planning is crucial to the low carbon development. Given construction, the whole procedure for the construction of green building and the public participation in the building maintenance is significant to the sustainable development.
