[摘　要]　在分析绿色施工实施中的困难和超高层建筑绿色施工特点的基础上，探讨其管理要点，包括方案、组织、控制和评价等，提出适应于超高层特点的绿色施工方案策划重点内容。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the difficult in green construction operation, and the operation characteristic of super-high building construction from the following respects which mainly consists of program, organization, control and evaluation and so on. This paper proposes the planning emphasis of green construction program adapted to the characteristics of super-high building construction.
