[摘　要]　竣工结算是影响工程价款清算的一项重要工作。将清单计价模式下的竣工结算分为前期工作阶段、编制阶段和谈判阶段，从承包方的角度结合实例分析清单计价模式下竣工结算中出现的问题，并提出应对策略。

Abstract: The settlement of engineering completion is an important task affecting the liquidation of the construction project price. Under the valuation mode according to engineering list, the settlement is divided into preliminary work stage, the stage of the balance sheet preparation and negotiation phase. Completion settlement problems are analyzed and countermeasures are brought about with examples from the perspective of the contractor.
