[摘　要]　在分析铁路投资控制存在的主要问题的基础上，着重强调投资控制过程中信息化运用的不足，并以管理、分析、利用投资控制信息为目标，对现代信息技术条件下的铁路投资控制改进策略进行探讨，同时提出铁路投资控制信息系统宏观构建方案。

Abstract: By analyzing the main problems of railway investment control in China, this paper emphasizes the inadequate application in the informationization in the investment control process. Additionally this paper discusses improved railway investment control strategies under the conditions of modern information technology and proposes a scheme of railway investment control information system.
