[摘　要]　建设项目成本管理包括项目前期工作成本管理、建设过程成本管理和工程结算成本管理。以某企业建设项目为实际案例，从建设单位的视角，就建设项目前期、中期和竣工后如何加强成本控制与管理，表述思路与执行实践，点评经验与教训，供同业参考。

Abstract: Construction project cost management includes cost management of project preparatory work, of construction process and of engineer settlement.Taking one construction project for example, this paper states the ideas and execution practices, and summarizes the experience and lessons about the cost controlling and management in the construction project's early, middle and completion periods, which would provide reference for the peer.
