[摘　要]　针对2013版《计价规范》有关条款，从项目业主角度，对所涉及的计价、工期风险及其他有关问题进行分析、讨论，以期在项目管理过程中，预先采取措施，规避和控制可能出现的风险，从计价管理上适应项目精益建造的要求。

Abstract: This article analyses and discusses the risks related terms of Valuation Standard 2013 version from the perspective of project owners. In order to make the owner take measures in advance to avoid and control the possible risk in the process of project management, and the pricing management can meet the requirements of lean construction project.
