[摘　要]　FIDIC合同条件对文件优先次序进行了详细的规定。在对该条款进行详细剖析的基础上，结合国际工程实际案例，阐述如何成功地应用该条款解决合同歧义问题，以及据此进行工程量变更和工程单价变更，降低承包商的风险，维护合同的严肃性和公平性。

Abstract: The priority of documents is specified in detail under FIDIC conditions of contract. On the basis of detailed analysis of the clause, this paper explains how to successfully resolve the contract ambiguity under this clause and carries out the variations methods of quantities and unit price, to reduce contractor's risk and maintain the seriousness and justice of contract.
