[摘　要]　近年来，我国建筑企业拓展海外市场的步伐明显加快，国际工程承包业务保持着连续多年的高速增长；与此同时，国际工程承包市场中风险因素越来越多，建筑企业“走出去”开展国际经营的风险越来越大。在明晰国际工程承包风险的特点和基本类别的基础上，以项目外部风险和项目自身风险划分国际工程承包风险初始清单，对各项风险因素进行详细说明，以期为我国建筑企业提供参考。

Abstract: Recent years, the pace of construction enterprises in China expanding overseas markets accelerated apparently, and the international engineering contracting business maintained high-speed growth for many consecutive years. But at the same time, there are more and more risk factors in the international engineering contracting market. From the perspective of external and the project own, and combining with the characteristics of international project contracting risks and risk identification, the risk list of international project contracting is analyzed and draw, which would provide references to other construction enterprises.
