[摘　要]　从乡镇工程建设监理现状出发，分析乡镇工程建设监理实施过程中存在的一些问题。围绕监理工作的基本特性和基本职能，提出提高乡镇工程建设监理服务质量的对策。同时对如何使工程项目建设监理沿着科学化、标准化、规范化的轨道健康发展作出展望。

Abstract: According to the status quo of the construction supervision to township projects, analyzes the existing problems of the township engineering construction supervision in the process of implementation. Around the supervision work of the basic characteristics and basic functions, puts forward some countermeasures to improve the supervision service quality of township engineering construction. At the same time, how to make the project construction supervision along the track of scientific, standardization and healthy development is discussed.
