精益建造体系下BIM协同应用的机制及价值流

[摘 要] 作为新兴建造管理技术的精益建造和BIM,是未来建筑业变革性发展的战略模型和支撑体系,它们的应用会给建筑业带来巨大效应。针对精益建造体系下BIM的协同应用,从设计和施工整合、采购与供应集成、交付与运营协调三个层面探讨BIM的协同应用机制,同时构建精益建造体系下BIM协同应用的价值流图并进行分析,为推广BIM技术带动的精益建造体系作提供思路。

Abstract: Lean Construction and Building Information Model as transformative construction technology and philosophy in the construction industry, has changed the condition of waste serious in the process of project construction, and improved the construction efficiency greatly. For the application mechanism of Building Information Model in the lean construction system, this paper builds and analyzes the application mode of Building Information Model, and explores the benefits of applying of Building Information Model to provide the theoretical basis for the promotion of both in practice.
