信息不对称下CM模式双向道德风险与激励模型分析

[摘 要] 针对目前我国工程项目中的建设管理模式（CM模式），分析该种模式下建设单位和咨询方双向道德风险的基本条件，并构建相应的模型。在此基础上，探讨CM模式中咨询型和承包型两种支付形式中各自的得益函数。最后就CM模式支付方式的局限提出新的激励创新模型，以便降低委托中的道德风险。[关键词] 信息不对称；建设项目；CM模式；道德风险Abstract: To the CM model for projects in China, this paper analyzes the basic conditions of bidirectional moral hazard for the construction units and consultant, and builds the model. On this basis，it explores benefit function of the two payment forms for consulting and contracting in CM model.
