建筑企业知识管理能力动态综合评价

[摘 要] 界定建筑企业知识管理能力的内涵，构建从数据库建设开始到最终知识利用六个阶段的指标体系，将层次分析方法和动态模糊评价方法相结合，并以案例分析建筑企业知识管理能力。案例运算证明，该方法可以反映建筑企业知识管理能力测度指标的发展水平和未来趋势，有利于企业采取针对性的措施改进其知识管理能力。[关键词] 建筑企业；知识管理能力；动态模糊评价；数据库资源；指标体系Abstract: Based on the definition of construction enterprises Knowledge Management Capability（KMC）, this paper constructs the corresponding index system of six stages from the first stage's database built to the last stage's knowledge utilization, and the index's weight is also calculated by the AHP method, further, the questionnaire of construction enterprises KMC is constructed and analyzed by the dynamic fuzzy evaluation method. The case study shows that this method could reflect the development level and future trend of the index for construction enterprises KMC exactly, which will be in favor of the enterprises to improve the KMC by adopt pertinence measures.Key words: construction enterprise; Knowledge Management Capability; dynamic fuzzy evaluation; database resources; index system[参考文献][１]CHUANG S.
