低碳建筑的价值评价方法与实证研究

[摘 要] 运用价值工程原理对低碳居住建筑进行价值评价,一方面考虑建筑低碳、节能性能等成本方面,另一方面也考虑建筑的安全性、舒适性等功能方面。并建立居住建筑功能评价体系,运用层次分析法和专家打分法确定建筑的功能系数,将建筑碳排量作为成本系数,根据价值工程的原理得出建筑的价值系数,以价值系数的高低来评价居住建筑的低碳性,并给出应用案例。

Abstract: Adopts value engineering method to evaluate the value of low-carbon residential buildings, on the one hand to consider the cost of building's low-carbon, energy-saving performance, on the other hand to consider the buildings' function, such as security, comfort and so on. This paper builds function evaluation system of residential buildings and determines their coefficients by adopting analytic hierarchy and expert scoring method, takes residential buildings' carbon emission as cost factor, then draws buildings' value coefficient based on value engineering principles, which is used to evaluate residential buildings' low-carbon performance, and then gives case application at last.
