[摘　要]　许多建设主体与工程的设计质量有关，当由于设计质量低劣造成工程质量事故或人身、财产损失时，除了要界定有关主体的工程设计质量责任外，更要对各主体间的责任界限进行分析。分别就设计人的主体责任、施工人的审查责任、勘察单位的信息保证责任以及审图机构的审查责任进行探讨、分析，并界定相互间的责任界限。

Abstract: Many subjects are related with the quality of construction design. Once an accident occurs in which people and property lose are caused by design defect, the responsibilities of design quality between subjects must be defined. The allocations of the responsibilities are required to be analyzed. In detail, the main responsibility of designer, the supervision duty of builder, the information guarantee of explorer and the approval responsibility of checkup institution are necessarily to be discussed, analyzed and classified.
