[摘　要]　依据建筑钢结构施工单位运营流程，从建筑钢结构项目投标、深化设计、制造安装、竣工决算四个方面，阐述工程造价控制的一些方法和途径，以实现施工项目的利润最大化。

Abstract: According to the operational process in building steel structure construction enterprise, this paper explains the methods and accesses of project cost controlling from the perspective of project bidding, deepening of the design, manufacture and installation, and completion of settlement in building steel structure project.
