[摘　要]　从工程计价的现状和租赁市场的发展入手，通过对计价定额和市场租赁中周转材料费、施工机械使用费的差异及产生差异的原因进行分析，为建筑业企业科学管理，控制成本风险，提高盈利和管理部门研究制订相关政策提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: Based on the status quo of the project valuation and the development of lease market, this paper proposes the analysis of the difference between the quota pricing and the turnover materials fee and construction mechanical wording cost in lease marker, and its clauses, which would play a guiding role in controlling the cost risk, scientific management and improving the profit, as well as reference for the related policies in management department.
