[摘　要]　以泰州工程造价信息化管理模式为切点，介绍信息技术在工程造价管理领域的应用以及对规范建筑市场行为的作用，探讨进一步推动工程造价管理信息化发展的思路和举措。

Abstract: Ｔaking the project cost information management model in Taizhou for example, introduces the application of the information technology in the field of project cost management and its function for regulating the construction market behavior, and explores the thinking and measurement to further promote the informationization of project cost management.
