工程设计团队中个人绩效多层次灰色评价方法研究

[摘 要] 针对工程设计团队中个人绩效评价过程中存在的问题,在分析影响工程设计团队中个人绩效主要因素及其相互关系的基础上,建立工程设计团队中个人绩效的综合评价指标体系;进而结合工程设计团队中个人绩效评价的特点,构造相应的多层次灰色评价模型。最后,通过应用实例说明模型的有效性。

Abstract: In this paper, the determinants of Individual Performance in engineering design teams and the relationship among them are analyzed and the comprehensive valuation indicators system of individual performance in engineering design teams built to avoid the problems existing in the current evaluation system. And then, a model of multilevel grey comprehensive evaluation is given by considering the characteristics of individual performance in engineering design teams. The validity of the model is also shown by an example.
