[摘　要]　在介绍新版示范文本框架结构的基础上，对修订后施工合同的重点条款进行解读，并指出合同文本修订工作的不足，以期帮助项目参与各方深入理解新版合同的适用条件，全面掌握新版合同的应用技巧。

Abstract: This paper firstly introduced the structure of new version construction contracts model text , then explained the key terms of the revised conditions . The authors also analyzed the deficiencies of the contract , the purpose is makes the parties involved project can understand the scope of application of the new contract and master the skills of application of this contract.
