[摘　要]　结合我国推广生态建筑的现实要求，介绍欧盟生态建筑立法和实践，阐释生态建筑的内涵，以意大利相关实践进行实证分析，总结并提出在我国推广生态建筑的相关启示和建议。

Abstract: Introduces the legislation and practice of ecological architecture in EU, elaborates the definition and connotation of the Eco-building, and the necessity of ecological architecture, related to the practice of Italy's empirical analysis. Finally, this paper summaries and reviews the enlightenment and suggestions to popularize the ecological construction in China.
