[摘　要]　针对设计－建造项目的风险，从招标文件阅读和分析、工程任务分解、设计方案深化、工程量计算、投标文件编制等方面全面分析投标阶段的风险因素，以及承包商可以采用的风险管理策略和方法。进而分析投标价格和风险之间的关系、风险管理成员的三个层次及其不同的风险管理任务，提出设计－建造项目投标的全面风险管理理念。可供参与投标的设计－建造承包商进行风险管理参考。

Abstract: In this paper, for risk factors in design-build construction project, the risk factors in the tendering procedure is thoroughly analyzed in five aspects, e.g. reading and analysis of tendering documents, construction scope breakdown, design development, quantity take-off, and tendering documents preparation. The relevant risk management strategies and methods are developed. This paper also explores the relationship of quotation and risk, three levels of risk management team with different duties. It is suggested to use overall risk management concept in the tendering of design-build construction project. The research of this paper can provide guidance for design-builder to better control the project risk.
