[摘　要]　基于发包人视角，对建筑工程施工合同风险进行细化分析，提出降低风险的方法和有效措施，以减少施工过程中和工程完工时可能出现的不必要矛盾和风险。

Abstract: Starting from the perspective of employer and the refined analysis of the building project construction contract risk, this paper proposed some methods and effective measures for the employer to lower the risk, to prevent the unnecessary conflict and risk during construction process and project completion.
