[摘　要]　降低项目成本费用是高速公路施工项目能否获得利润的关键，同时也是施工企业生存和发展的重要保障。要降低高速公路施工项目成本费用，具体措施是：控制好人工费、材料费、机械使用费，并尽量对工程进度、质量、安全和环境保护等方面的费用投入做好精细控制。

Abstract: Reducing the project cost is the key to determine whether the highway construction projects obtain the profit, which is an important safeguard for the survival and development of construction enterprises. In order to reduce the project cost in highway construction projects, there exists several concrete measures, namely, economically control the labor costs, material fee, mechanical royalties, and careful control on the cost of progress, quality, safety and environment protection.
