基于BSC-FNN的项目管理办公室绩效评价研究

[摘 要] 应用平衡计分卡从财务、利益相关者、内部流程和学习与创新角度建立项目管理办公室绩效评价指标体系,在此基础上,引入分层网络分析的思想,建立基于分层网络的绩效评价模型,并通过算例说明所提出方法对项目管理办公室绩效评价具有可靠性和有效性。[关键词] 项目管理办公室;平衡计分卡;绩效评价;分层模糊神经网络Abstract: Applies the balanced score card to establish the performance evaluation system of the project management office from the dimensions of finance, stakeholders, internal processes, and learning and innovation in a bid to realize multi-angle performance evaluation. Then, uses the above established four dimensions as input terminal, couples with the idea of hierarchical network analysis to establish a performance evaluation model.
