[摘　要]　针对民营建筑施工企业人力资源管理方面普遍存在的问题，通过对多家正在进行人力资源管理改革并取得一定成效的企业进行调研，结合企业系统管理的基本理论，探索民营建筑施工企业建立标准化人力资源管理模式的基本策略。

Abstract: In accordance with these problems about human resource management generally existing in private construction enterprises, this paper explores the basic strategies of establishing a standardized human resource management mode, by conducting a survey of the enterprises carrying out human resource management reformation and getting certain effect, and combined with the application of system management theory.
