建筑施工企业竞争力提升的网络机制与战略研究

[摘 要] 我国建筑施工企业的竞争实力良莠不齐，且缺乏整体性的战略合作，通过恰当的战略选择构建良好的嵌入关系可实现竞争力的有效提升。建筑施工主导企业可以采取内部或外部发展战略，结合非主导建筑企业的战略调整，提高网络分工程度和协作效率。这对我国建筑业的战略转型，开展大、中、小、微建筑施工企业间的网络合作，提升竞争优势具有重要的意义。[关键词] 建筑施工企业；网络竞争力；嵌入性；战略转变Abstract: China's construction enterprises competitive strength is uneven, and lack of integrity. This article puts forward and demonstrates the use of the strategy of network thinking, through proper embedding strategy to construct good embedded relations as the effective way of improving competitiveness.
