[摘　要]　通过分析建设工程定额人工单价和市场人工单价的成因、组成、特点，从两者的不同点和共同点探讨建设工程人工单价表面的差异，寻找内在的关联，提出使两者更加贴近的表现方式及建设工程人工单价的确定、使用、调整、发布办法。

Abstract: Analyzes the cause, composition, characteristics of the artificial unit price calculated by construction project quota and the market respectively, investigates the external difference of the constructing engineering artificial unit price from the perspective of difference and similarity simultaneously, and then explores the inner association. In the end, puts forward a more proximate expression way and the determination, usage, adjustment and publishing methods for the construction projects artificial unit price.
