[摘　要]　从某工程入手，分析停工期间的工期索赔以及工期延误导致原合同工程量清单中的主要材料价格上涨带来的费用索赔争议。承包商通过对工程实际情况及合同条款的认真梳理，综合各方意见，提出若干索赔备选方案，经过方案比选，最终确定双方一致认可的解决方案，以维护合同的严肃性，补偿承包商的损失，保障业主方的利益。

Abstract: This paper analyses claim dispute of shutdown period, which caused construction period claim and price rise of main materials settled by bill of quantities in the origin contract. According to the actual condition of project and related companies opinion, contractor carefully arranges the terms of contract and then raises some alternative schemes of claim. Finally, the solution is mutually agreed by both sides by the comparison of schemes, which safeguards the austerity of contact and ensures both contractor and owner's interest.
