模糊QFD在工程项目过程协同管理中的应用研究

[摘 要] 研究质量功能配置(QFD)方法在工程项目开发过程中的适用性,在此基础上,针对传统QFD方法不能有效地处理实施过程中的各种主观的、模糊的信息,将模糊集理论应用于QFD中,提出改进的模糊QFD方法在工程项目过程协同管理中具体应用思路。以改进工程项目的过程协同管理绩效和提高业主满意度。

Abstract: Quality Function Deployment(QFD) is a systematic methodology that can be used to keep track of customers' requirements. The aim of this paper is to propose an application approach for the process synergy management of construction project. The approach is based on the QFD, and fuzzy logic is also adopted to deal with the ill-defined nature of the qualitative linguistic judgments required in the proposed House of Quality(HOQ). Specifically, the paper addresses the issue of how to deploy the method to effectively and efficiently improve construction project development processes and thus customer satisfaction.
