行为视角下建设项目管理研究述评

[摘 要] 通过对国内外基于行为视角下的实证性建设项目管理文献进行总结，归纳出建设项目的过程管理研究、项目绩效影响因素研究、项目协同工作研究等领域的实证性研究成果，并对内容进行述评，在此基础上展望未来的研究方向。[关键词] 行为视角；建设项目；过程管理；项目绩效文献综述Abstract: Through a thorough literature review of related papers, construction project's process management, influence factors and evaluation of project performance, collaborative working in construction projects are identified as three key areas in behavior-based construction project management. Critical reviews on these areas are presented by focusing on different subcategories in each area to investigate the state of the art and trends of behavior-based management in construction projects.
